Provide your information and express preference for one of the room types listed below (some types are subject to availability). Prices are per room, per night, and include half board and all conference expenses thanks to the generous contribution of our sponsors. Spouses and families are welcome, you can just mention this in your email. Room blocks are set for arrivals on July 6 and departures on July 10. You are also welcome to extend your stay and the same rates will be applied.
IMPORTANT: You will receive a confirmation email directly from the hotel, this will include a link to pay the deposit of 400 Euros. This amount will be subtracted from the total of your stay.
We request you to complete the reservation process and pay the deposit no later than April 15th. The deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the beginning of the conference.
